Updated Mobile Apps Now Available

Updated versions of our Mobile Apps for iPhone and Android Phones will be available on Monday, April 7, 2014. These updates include a new look as well as some enhanced features including the ability to choose your transfer date from a calendar, as well as the ability to select your Bill Pay process and estimated arrival date from a calendar and memo option!

If you already have our Mobile App installed on your iPhone, you will see a message at your next login letting you know there is a new app to install (as shown here to the right). When you click on the message, the App Store will open and you will be taken directly to the new Mobile First Bank App. Simply click “OPEN” to start the install process of the new Mobile App and you’ll be on your way to enjoying the new app!

Please note that once the new app is installed, you should delete the old First Bank App from your iPhone since it will not be automatically removed during the update process.

Unlike iPhone, if you are an existing Android user, you will NOT see a message at your next login letting you know there is a new app to install.

Instead, the new App will need to be downloaded by scanning the black QR code to the right or by downloading the app here.

If you’d like, you can also search for “First Bank Mobile Banking” on Google Play™ to get the new app, however, you’ll need to scroll through several pages to find it – look for the maroon First Bank emblem.

Once the app is found on Google Play, simply click “OPEN” to start the install process of the new Mobile App and you’ll be on your way to enjoying the new app!

Please note that once the new app is installed, you should delete the old First Bank App from your Android Phone since it will not be automatically removed during the update process.
