  • If you are already a NetTeller Online Banking user, simply scan the code to the right with your smartphone, or download the free mobile app by searching for “First Bank Mobile Banking” in the App StoreSM or on Google Play™. You may need to scroll a few pages until you find our app – look for the maroon First Bank emblem. Once your app is downloaded, you can log in using your already established NetTeller ID and PIN.

Mobile Web

Any web-enabled mobile phone can access our free Mobile Web for NetTeller Online Banking. It has all the same features that come with our Mobile Apps – view account activity, make transfers and pay bills – but you’ll never have to run or update an app. Anywhere you can access the internet, you can do your banking securely.

Start Mobile Web Banking Now!

If you are already a NetTeller Online Banking user, you can sign up for Mobile Web Banking with your mobile phone or computer. Here’s how:

  • Sign-up by mobile phone: Enter www.airteller.com/fnb. Complete the settings then log in using your already established NetTeller ID and PIN.
  • Sign-up by computer: Log on to NetTeller then select Options > Mobile Settings > Web Mobile Settings. Complete the settings then click Submit. You’ll then receive a confirmation text message which will include the Mobile Web link. Log in using your already established NetTeller ID and PIN.

Text Banking

Get your account information no matter what phone is in your pocket. First Bank Text Banking lets you get the facts about your accounts the moment you need them, including balance and account history. It too, is secure and free.

  • If you are already a NetTeller Online Banking user, you can sign up for Text Banking by logging in to NetTeller, then select Options > Mobile Settings > Text Mobile Settings. Complete the settings then click Submit. You’ll then receive a confirmation text message confirming your enrollment. You can start Text Banking right away!

Web access is needed to use Mobile Apps and Mobile Banking. Check with your wireless carrier for fees that may apply. Mobile Apps and Mobile Banking are only available to NetTeller Online Banking enrollees. All terms applicable to NetTeller Online Banking apply to Mobile Apps and Mobile Banking. BillPay payees must be set up within NetTeller Online Banking in order to pay bills via Mobile Apps and Mobile Banking. First Bank does not charge for Text Banking. However, your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving text messages on your mobile phone. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges that may apply. Text Banking is only available to NetTeller Online Banking enrollees.
