First Bank Branch Manager, Chris Potter, presented a check today to Sarah Emery, Superintendent at Grayville Schools.
The donation was another payout from First Bank’s School Spirit Debit Card program whereby checking accountholders earn cash for Grayville Schools every time they swipe their Bison Debit Card!

A big thank you to Oakland City University for manning the First Bank team at the annual golf outing to benefit Gibson County Habitat for Humanity! Earlier this month, 25-year veteran of First Bank, Katrena Koontz, was honored as our newest Fritschle Award winner. This honorable award, named after our President/CEO, is given each quarter to the employee who best exemplifies our core values.
As part of the award, First Bank donates $500 to the award winner’s organization/cause of their choice. Katrena chose St. Vincent Center for Children in hopes of “making a sick child smile.”
Pictured here, left to right, is Tracie Young (First Bank), Katrena Koontz (First Bank), Adam Trinkle (St. Vincent), and Al Fritschle (First Bank, President/CEO).
